Here’s another Dungeons and Dragons inspired set of sketches. I’ve been enjoying doing these sketches a lot, to the point I’m thinking of making an art book or sketchbook, sort of monster’s manual. Gotta work that idea a bit more in my head, make a list of monsters and classes I would like to draw, shit! How about you guys help me with this idea? What monsters would you want to see me draw? Today was not a good day, I got some bad news. Expected news, but bad news nonetheless and that a story for another day. Today’s story is about how friendship pulled me from a dark place. I only mentioned Wilfred in the comic, but the truth is that without friends like Cynthia, Marla, Andrew, AJ and of course my son David, today would have been a really bad day. Years ago my friend Anibal Delgado and I tried our first webcomic. The Zombiepocalypse: Humanity’s Worst Enemy Is Humanity Itself. We wanted to explore how humanity is worse than zombies if there was a zombie apocalypse. We published 24 weekly pages and looking back at them now, I have to say I’m really proud of them. It’s been a rough few weeks with all the Covid-19 situation. My wife and I have been following it since very early, so when it got here we weren’t surprised.
